ABOUT: It is an urban landscape project, in the neighborhood of Cidade Nova, which seeks to rescue the memory erased in the region through the natural management of its waters, abruptly excluded from the urban development. The design complex occupies exactly the residual, from the overlapping of countless urban plans that mischaracterized the natural and cultural landscape.

ABOUT: Projectually, we understand the inseparable relationship between the times and the landscape in that location. Tectonically we establish the memory of what was composed of solid sobrados and other constructions of stereotomic facets. We want to highlight the matrix of this “failure” that would be the disjunction between the annex of this new program, facing the complexion of the terrain in a way that would show the mutability of the neighborhood through time.
